Studio/equipment hire

Our printing equipment is open for hire to printers who have experience and are comfortable printing alone. Artists can hire by the day.

• 1 x large Trumax screenprinting table with vacuum bed and arm Max print size: 156cm x 110cm
• 1 x large vacuum table, with arm Max print size: 84.1cm x 59.4cm (A1)
• 1 x Rototex 4 Colour / 4 Palette Print Station garment carousel
• Fabric dryer — Panther 700 Text heat tunnel
• Exposure unit
• Washout booth
• Pressure washer
• Drying cupboard
• Print drying rack
• Acetate printer

Services and prices

Artist hire screen printing table or carousel

Note users of equipment must be proficient screenprinters, able to print unsupervised.

• £45 p/day for one table
• £75 p/day for two tables
• £55 p/day for carousel
• £60 p/day for heat tunnel + electricty costs @ 38p p/kw — reading recorded at start and end of day

Screen hire

• A4 (screen aprox 40cm x 50cm) — £5 p/day, £10 p/week
• A3 (screen aprox 50cm x 65cm) — £8 p/day, £12 p/week
• A2 (screen aprox 60cm x 80cm) — £11 p/day, £15 p/week
• A1 (screen aprox 91cm x 110cm) — £15 p/day, £20 p/week

Full screen prep

screen hire, coat screen, print transparency, expose screen, washout and degrease

• A3 (screen aprox 50cm x 65cm) — £18
• A2 (screen aprox 60cm x 80cm) — £21
• A1 (screen aprox 91cm x 110cm) — £25

Coat screen (artists own)

Clean screens

De-coat, stain removal, degrease (note we cannot guarantee complete disappearance of ghosts/stains)
